Our pro-series kits are built to last, and manufactured to endure the harshest of conditions. The door is made using 1/2" thick commercial grade poly-carbonate plastic, which is nearly indestructible, and is guaranteed not to break. Comes with OEM style locking handle set (with keys), precision-cut side window panels, weather sealing rubber gaskets, and all necessary mounting hardware.
Available for select (B Series) models (see model option selector on this page). Everything you need for full frontal operator protection, and to get out of the weather is included.
***Keep in mind, This kit will require you to drill new hinge holes (drill & tap included) as well as other holes such as thresholds, and striker plates.**
Installation is simple and fast, requiring only basic hand tools in most cases. It typically takes 1-2 hours to complete the installation process.

With this fit the mc70 - not the b model mc70 was made post 2006. Mines a 2003 i believe the first year of Volvos after they bought skatrack

I have a Volvo MC90B and the door is cracked. I have the hardware and mine has a windshield wiper. Seems like I just need the glass and then I will need to drill the door to match my hardware? The hardware here doesn’t match mine. Hinge and handle are different. Can I just order the glass not drilled and install it myself? If so, what’s the price?
Hi! The doors we make and sell are aftermarket, and are not the same as factory doors. Ours are made using 1/2 inch thick poly-carbonate plastic, and do not use a metal frame like your factory door. So, we do not sell any factory replacement glass or hardware. Instead, we offer a whole kit that comes with everything you need to replace your factory door with our door, including door handles, latches, keys, hinges, hinge bases, gaskets, etc.
