This is the product you need if your factory door glass has broken, and you want to replace it with something much stronger and safer, which will never break again. 

Our precision-made Polycarbonate Replacement Doors are designed to be a drop-in replacement for your existing OEM door glass.  Our doors are precisely machined to match OEM specifications so that you can reuse your existing door hardware (hinges, handle set, etc.).  The only difference is the thickness and the material type.  For our thicker doors, such as the 3/8" and 1/2" doors, we mill the perimeter down to roughly 1/4" to match the thickness of the original factory glass.  This enables you to install it into the door molding and frame as the glass would be.  Note that there are some exceptions to this, such as in cases where no frame is used (i.e., Bobcat M-Series machines, etc.).

All of our Polycarbonate Replacement Doors feature nearly the same level of abrasion resistance of glass thanks to our proven "Supercoating" treatment on both sides, but with drastically improved safety and durability.  Polycarbonate is over 100 times stronger than steel, and is also what bulletproof glass is made of!
