Terms of Sale & Return Policy

Terms of Sale, Returns, and Refunds

Effective August 10, 2026.

All sales are final except when SkidSteerCabs.com (SSC) sends an item different from the item ordered, or an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, as described below. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Customer-selected wrong part or fitment issue

Machine models can use different doors, windows, glass, hardware, or mounting configurations based on serial number, production changes, cab options, and prior modifications. A machine model listed on a product page does not, by itself, guarantee fitment.

Before ordering, the customer is responsible for using the machine serial number to confirm the required OEM part number through the manufacturer or dealer, the applicable owner's or parts manual, or an authoritative OEM parts catalog. The customer must also match the OEM part number and physical door or window configuration to the product listing.

If SSC correctly ships the item, SKU, and variant selected by the customer, but that item is not correct for the customer's machine, the order is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit. SSC will not pay or reimburse any costs to correct a customer selection error, including product cost, original or return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, installation, removal, downtime, or the cost of a replacement order.

If you are uncertain about fitment, contact SSC before ordering and provide the machine make, model, serial number, current OEM part number if available, and clear photos of the existing door, window, frame, and mounting configuration.

SSC sent the wrong item

If SSC ships an item, SKU, or variant different from the item shown on the order confirmation, SSC will make the order right at no cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include a prepaid return, replacement, exchange, or refund, including the appropriate shipping costs.

Damage, defect, or missing components upon arrival

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing components, notify SSC within 30 calendar days after delivery. SSC will review the claim and, when verified, provide the appropriate replacement, exchange, return, or refund at no cost to the customer.

How to report an eligible issue

Email sales@skidsteercabs.com before returning or installing the item. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photos of the item and packaging, the shipping label, and any part-number or fitment details relevant to the claim.

Keep the item and all original packaging until SSC provides instructions. Do not send an item back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be processed.

Refunds

When a refund is the approved remedy, SSC will issue it to the original payment method. Processing and posting time can vary by payment provider. Contact sales@skidsteercabs.com if an approved refund has not appeared after the payment provider's normal processing period.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer's terms and claim decision. An issue that first appears after installation or use and is not an SSC fulfillment error or verified arrival-condition issue may need to be handled through the manufacturer warranty process.

Cab Enclosure System Support and Disclosures

Manufacturing defects or shipping damage

If a cab enclosure system component arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, email sales@skidsteercabs.com within 30 calendar days after delivery and include details and photos. When SSC verifies the defect or damage, SSC will provide the appropriate remedy at no cost to the customer.

Fitment issues

If a cab enclosure system component does not appear to fit, stop installation and email sales@skidsteercabs.com with the order number, machine make/model/serial number, and clear photos. SSC will help determine whether the issue is a verified product defect or a machine/configuration difference. Verified defects are handled at no cost to the customer. Customer selection errors and machine-specific customization needs are governed by the customer-selected wrong-part terms above.

Cab enclosure fitment disclosure

Our cab enclosure systems are economical alternatives to OEM products and are custom designed for specific models or model series. We do not make a kit for every machine. Manufacturing variations, production changes, prior machine modifications, and cab configurations can create small differences within a listed model.

Some installations may require minor customization to the supplied hardware or the customer's machine to obtain optimal fitment. Most kits fit without modifications beyond the installation guide, but the customer should review all product-specific fitment and installation notes before ordering.

Case 1835, 1840, and 1845C key-box disclosure

On Case 1835, 1840, and 1845C skid steers, the key box will be outside the door after installation. A customer who wants the key box inside the cab may relocate it using an L-bracket purchased separately. Relocation may require drilling, bolting, and other minor modifications. Do not purchase the kit if this configuration or the required modification is unacceptable.

New Holland installation disclosure

Installation on certain New Holland skid steer models, including L218, L220, L225, and L228 models with tall rectangular headlights, requires more work than many other kits. Depending on the machine, installation may include:

The New Holland cab enclosure system does not install on an existing factory door frame. Do not purchase this kit if you are unable or unwilling to complete the required installation work.
