Replacement Seal for 1/2-Inch Pro-Series Doors

Replace a torn, compressed, or missing perimeter gasket on an SSC Pro-Series polycarbonate door with the correct rubber bubble seal. The package contains 15 linear feet for doors made from 1/2-inch polycarbonate.

Confirm the door before ordering

This seal is made for SSC’s aftermarket Pro-Series door system. It is not presented as a universal OEM cab seal and should not be assumed to fit factory framed glass, thinner replacement panels, or another enclosure brand. Check that the door is a 1/2-inch Pro-Series panel, then measure the full perimeter path. Fifteen linear feet is included. Contact SSC before ordering if the measured path is longer or the existing profile does not match the product photos.

Adhesive and screws are separate

The shipment contains the rubber bubble gasket only. High-strength adhesive and small retaining screws are not included. Most inside curves need several small screws to keep the seal seated while the adhesive cures and the door cycles. Select adhesive and fasteners that are compatible with the gasket, polycarbonate door, painted metal contact points, temperature range, and installation instructions. Do not use a solvent product that can damage polycarbonate.

Prepare a clean, continuous seal path

Remove the old gasket and adhesive residue without gouging the door edge. Clean and dry the mounting path, then lay the new seal around the perimeter before cutting. Keep the bubble oriented consistently and avoid stretching the rubber, which can pull corners loose later. Mark tight curves and the final joint, make a square cut, and test door closure before the adhesive fully sets. The latch should hold the gasket evenly without crushing it flat.

How much seal is supplied? One order includes 15 linear feet.

Does it include adhesive? No. Adhesive and retaining screws must be sourced separately.

Will it fit a factory Kubota or Bobcat door? It is for SSC 1/2-inch Pro-Series doors; verify another door profile before purchase.
