Make light work of tough stump removal with the Eterra Stump Planer. Built to pair with the Eterra 3500/4500 auger drives (or other 2" skid-steer/excavator hex auger drives with equivalent torque), this rugged attachment transforms your existing auger into a powerful stump-removal tool.

Why Choose a Stump Planer?

  • Cost-Effective Alternative – Far cheaper than a dedicated skid steer stump grinder.

  • Extend Your Equipment’s Capabilities – Use your auger drive for more than just digging.

  • DIY Savings – Remove stumps yourself instead of paying a tree service.

  • Durable & Serviceable – Features 3 sharpenable cutter blades and a replaceable starter tip.

  • Smarter Design – The pilot tip guides the planer through the stump, while side cutters prevent jumping.

  • Deeper Cuts – Bore up to 18" deep, surpassing the effectiveness of most traditional stump grinders.

Machine Requirements

Check your auger drive motor rating to ensure proper performance:

  • 10" Stump Planer – Requires 2,200–6,000 ft. lbs. of torque

  • 14" Stump Planer – Requires 3,300–6,000 ft. lbs. of torque

⚠️ Note: This attachment is designed for skid steer or excavator auger drives. It should not be used with tractor 3-point auger drives. Using undersized equipment may prevent reversing the planer if it jams.

Specifications

  • Available Sizes: 10" and 14"
