ASV POSI-TRACK POLYCARBONATE SKID STEER DOOR

Our precision-made ASV Posi-Track polycarbonate skid steer doors are the ideal  upgrade or replacement to provide increased safety and operational efficiency for such jobs as mowing, brush clearing, forestry, mulching, and much more.

Why Polycarbonate?

With a new SSC® precision formed and coated Polycarbonate windshield you can count on the same quality form, fit, and function of your standard OEM glass, but with substantially improved safety, durability, and performance.

We begin by cutting and forming our doors to duplicate the OEM glass (including hardware mounting holes). Then we precision mill the edges and holes so that the original hardware can be used from your existing glass door. Finally, we post-coat both sides of the door with our ultra-tough SUPERCOAT™ protective coating. This gives the polycarbonate nearly the same level of abrasion resistance of glass, but with drastically improved safety and durability.

Fitment Details

The ASV Posi-Track Polycarbonate door is designed to be a direct replacement for your standard OEM door glass and features the same mounting and hardware holes. The door uses your existing OEM hardware for installation and replacement of your existing door. The purchase of this door DOES NOT include mounting hardware. If replacing a 1/4" or less thickness OEM door with 1/2" polycarbonate, longer bolts may be required for optimal installation.

    Good Morning,

    For the RT60s, I don't offer a demo door that directly replaces the original glass.


    What I do offer is an aftermarket kit that comes with a 1/2" demo door, the hinges, door handle, and everything else you need to mount and install. If you have a factory door or door frame you would have to remove it to install ours. Here is a link to it on my site, and let me know if you have any more questions!

  • I need a full kit. My machine did not come with a door and I would like to add one. Please let me know if you have something that would work for an ASV RC-85 PosiTrack

    Good morning!

    You would want to check out the after market door kit we make for the ASV! It comes with a 1/2" polycarbonate safety door, door handle, hinges, seal, and all the other hardware you would need to mount and use it. It IS aftermarket, so you will need to drill/tap new holes for the hinges, and other hardware. Here's a link to it on my site, let me know if you have any more questions!

  • Is the metal door frame included or it is just the glass

    Hi Ken,
    This is just the replacement for the door glass, it doesn't include the frame or any other hardware. Depending on your exact model, we might have an aftermarket kit that would have all the hardware, and replace the frame you have now. Let me know if you have any more questions, or want me to check on that for your specific model!
