Haugen MTH Trash Hopper for Telehandlers
Move bulky jobsite debris with a hopper that mounts over the pallet-fork tines already on the telehandler. Haugen's MTH series is built for cleanup and roofing-material handling, with four widths and capacities from 3.5 to 6.5 cubic yards. Select the hopper around the machine's rated capacity, fork size, working height, and the opening where the load will be dumped.
How does the hopper mount?
The 48 in. deep fork pockets accept tines up to 2.5 in. thick x 7.5 in. wide. Slide the pockets fully over the forks, then secure the supplied chain and Shurlock hook to the pallet-fork frame. The chain is a retention device; it does not increase the telehandler's load rating or replace a proper pre-use inspection.

Width affects more than volume. Compare the hopper with gates, buildings, trucks, and roll-off containers on the site. Empty weight plus the material load must remain within the telehandler chart at the actual boom angle and extension.
What material can it handle?
Haugen identifies construction cleanup and roofing-material removal as common uses. The hopper is not a substitute for an engineered personnel platform, and it should not carry people. Load evenly, keep bystanders clear, travel with the boom and load in the machine manufacturer's approved position, and avoid material that can shift beyond the hopper sides.
What should be confirmed before ordering?
Measure both fork tines, verify their usable length, and review the telehandler load chart with the hopper's empty weight included. Confirm that the selected width can pass through the work area and discharge at the intended container. Availability can change; contact SSC before scheduling a crew or delivery around an unconfirmed lead time.
