Product Description
The Eterra Vortex Excavator Stump Grinder gives compact and mid-size excavators a serious direct-drive grinding head for land clearing, site prep, trail work, utility cleanup, and stump removal where excavator reach is the right tool for the job. Choose the 27 in. Standard Flow model for 18-30 GPM systems or the 31 in. High Flow model for 30-45 GPM systems, then select the excavator mount style that matches how the attachment will be fitted to your machine.
Direct-Drive Grinding From The Excavator Seat
The Vortex uses a hydraulic radial piston motor and direct-drive hub system to turn the cutting wheel with controlled torque. That setup keeps the attachment focused on below-grade stump removal while the excavator gives the operator reach, visibility, and positioning control around trees, fence lines, slopes, and uneven terrain.
Mount Options
- Machine Specific Mount is the right choice when the grinder needs to be built around your excavator coupler requirements.
- Universal Mount is available when your setup calls for a universal excavator mounting interface.
- Case drain is required. Confirm auxiliary hydraulic flow, pressure, coupler style, and carrier weight before ordering.
