Product Description

22-Inch 120W LED Work Light Bar

Add forward or rear work lighting to a skid steer, excavator, tractor, side-by-side, dozer, backhoe, or other 12V/24V equipment. This straight 22-inch bar combines spot and flood optics, giving the operator a concentrated view farther ahead plus useful spread around the work area.

The light uses forty 3-watt LEDs for a 120-watt rated output and operates on 10-30V DC systems. A die-cast aluminum housing manages heat and stands up to normal off-road equipment use. The compact 558 x 50 x 65 mm body fits many roofline, crossbar, bumper, and rear-work-light locations when the machine has enough clearance.

Plan the Electrical Installation

Check the machine's charging capacity, available circuit protection, mounting surface, and cable route before installation. A 120W lamp can draw about 10 amps on a nominal 12V system before normal voltage and efficiency differences are considered. Use correctly sized wire, an appropriate fuse, a relay when required, protected connections, and a switch rated for the circuit.

A wiring harness is not identified as part of this listing. Inspect the package contents before beginning the installation and source the machine-side wiring components separately when needed. Keep wiring away from exhaust components, articulation points, lift arms, sharp edges, and areas where debris collects.

Mounting and Aim

Choose a rigid location that does not obstruct cab entry, door travel, cooling airflow, or the operator's sightline. Tighten the mounting hardware after setting the initial beam angle, then test the machine through its normal range of movement. Aim the light low enough to illuminate the work zone without reflecting off the attachment or blinding nearby operators.

Use this as an off-road work light unless the installation and local rules specifically permit road use. Browse more skid-steer accessories for machine lighting and cab equipment.

Common Questions

Will it work on a 24V machine? Yes, the listed operating range is 10-30V DC, but the installation still needs proper wiring and circuit protection.

Is a wiring harness included? The current listing identifies the light and mounting bracket, not a machine-side harness.

Where should I mount it? Use a solid location with clearance for doors, lift arms, attachments, and cable routing, then aim it at the actual work zone.
