Custom Polycarbonate Skid Steer Window
Order a square or rectangular polycarbonate panel for a skid steer rear or roof opening when a model-specific replacement is not available. SSC cuts this window from the width and height supplied with the order, then rounds the corners for a cleaner gasket or surface-mount installation.
This is a made-to-dimension panel, not a traced OEM replacement. The customer measurements control the finished part. Measure the actual opening and planned overlap rather than copying another model's dimensions or relying on an online answer for a different serial number.
Choose thickness and seal
- 1/4 Inch: the thinner available panel option.
- 1/2 Inch: the heavier available panel option.
- Include Seal, Yes or No: add the offered seal only when it matches the planned installation method.
Current purchase options include both 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch material. Choose the thickness you want before adding the panel to the cart.
Measure before ordering
Standard pricing covers a square or rectangular panel up to 30 x 30 inches. Larger panels may be available by quote. Record width and height in inches and place both dimensions in the order notes at checkout.
Where will the fasteners sit? How much overlap does the opening require? Is the opening truly square? Check all four sides and both diagonals, account for rounded corners, and keep fastener holes far enough from the panel edge for the chosen installation. For an unusual shape, compound curve, or uncertain mounting surface, start with SSC's custom-parts request instead of this rectangular-window listing.
Installation and lead time
The panel must be drilled and screwed to the ROPS or prepared mounting surface. Fasteners and adhesive are not included. When the seal option is selected, a suitable adhesive is still required before the panel is installed.
Allow about two weeks for custom manufacturing before shipment. Because SSC cuts the part to customer-supplied dimensions, an incorrectly measured panel requires a new production run and additional charges.
