Product Description

ATI Tach-All Quick Attach for Kioti Loaders

Convert a compatible Kioti pin-on tractor-loader interface to the skid-steer quick-attach pattern with an ATI Tach-All adapter. Four current SSC selections cover specific Kioti loaders, and the QA-KM4 model also appears in ATI's application table for selected Branson, McCormick, and LS loaders.

Select the adapter by loader model, not tractor model alone. Loader arms, pin geometry, and linkage can differ on tractors sold under the same series name.

Model and loader applications

ATI model Listed loader applications Adapter weight ATI order code
QA-KM1 Kioti K1450, KL1470, KL1590, KL1595 85 lb 100-057-000
QA-KM2 Kioti KL120, KL130, KL352 87 lb 100-065-000
QA-KM3 Kioti KL1231 87 lb 100-066-000
QA-KM4 Kioti KL2510; Branson SL100; McCormick 1256; LS LL2101 95 lb 100-230-000

The adapter attaches at the loader side and presents a skid-steer quick-attach face for compatible attachments. The spring-loaded locking pins retain the attachment at the quick-attach plate.

Checks before ordering

  • Read the loader model directly from its identification plate.
  • Match the loader to one ATI model and order code in the table.
  • Inspect pins, bushings, loader arms, and linkage for wear or prior modification.
  • Account for the adapter's weight and added forward offset in the loader capacity calculation.
  • Confirm that the intended attachment uses a compatible skid-steer quick-attach plate.

An adapter changes the load center and does not increase the tractor or loader rating. Follow the loader capacity chart and stay within the limits for the tractor, loader, adapter, and attachment.

Installation and attachment use

Install the Tach-All with the tractor parked on firm, level ground and follow the ATI and loader instructions for pin placement, retaining hardware, and linkage checks. After mounting the adapter, connect the attachment on the ground, engage both spring-loaded pins, and verify full pin engagement before lifting.

Keep the quick-attach face and pin paths free of packed debris. Inspect the adapter, welds, pins, and locking mechanism before each work period. Stop using the adapter if the plate is bent, a pin does not seat fully, or the attachment can move at the interface.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tach-All made by Haugen?

No. The QA-KM adapters and order codes on this page are ATI Tach-All products.

Can I select an adapter from the tractor model?

No. Use the loader model from the loader identification plate because the same tractor family can carry different loaders.

What details should I send SSC for model matching?

Send the tractor and loader models, serial numbers, pin-on interface photos, and intended attachment through the SSC contact page.
