Takeuchi TL Polycarbonate Door 880865301
Replace the front door panel on an earlier Takeuchi TL-series compact track loader without buying a complete door assembly. This clear polycarbonate panel follows the mounting pattern for OEM glass 880865301 and is cut for the frame and hardware already on the machine.
Confirm the model before ordering
This panel fits Takeuchi TL8, TL10, TL12, TL130, TL140, TL150, TL230, TL240, and TL250 loaders that use door glass 880865301. It is not the panel listed for later TL6R, TL8R2, TL10V2, TL12R2, or TL12V2 machines. Those loaders use different glass numbers and door shapes. If the tag, model suffix, or existing part number is hard to read, send SSC a photo of the machine plate and current door through our fitment support page.
Choose 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch polycarbonate
The product selector offers 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch panels. The 1/4-inch option keeps the replacement close to the thickness of many standard door panels. The 1/2-inch option adds material for brush clearing, mowing, and other work where flying debris is a concern. This listing does not offer a 3/8-inch version. When moving from thinner glass or polycarbonate to the 1/2-inch panel, longer mounting bolts may be needed.
What arrives and what transfers?
The shipment contains the formed polycarbonate door panel only. Hinges, latches, handles, seals, wiper components, mounting bolts, and the surrounding frame are not included. The edges and mounting holes are prepared so the serviceable parts from the existing door can be transferred. Inspect the old hardware and seal before installation; worn pieces should be replaced separately instead of moved onto the new panel.
Questions buyers ask
Does this replace the whole door? No. It replaces the clear panel inside the existing door assembly.
Will it fit a TL10V2 or TL12R2? No. This 880865301 panel is for the earlier TL models listed above.
Can I reuse my current hardware? Yes, provided the hardware is present and serviceable. The 1/2-inch panel can require longer bolts when it replaces a thinner panel.
