ASV RC85 and RC100 Polycarbonate Door Panel
Replace the factory front glass on an ASV Posi-Track RC85 or RC100 with a formed, coated polycarbonate panel replacing glass number 0402-881. Choose clear 1/4-, 3/8-, or 1/2-inch material, or the 1/2-inch tinted option, based on the machine setup and work environment.
The panel follows the original glass shape and hardware locations so serviceable door components can be transferred. This listing is for the selected polycarbonate panel only. The frame, seal, hinges, handles, latches, wiper components, and mounting hardware are not included.

The RC85/RC100 panel is not automatically interchangeable with PT-Series or later ASV cab glass. Confirm the number and opening before ordering, particularly when the machine has an aftermarket door or prior cab repair.
Choose the Panel Thickness
The 1/4-inch option is the closest of the listed choices to a thinner factory-style panel. The 3/8- and 1/2-inch choices add material for brush, forestry, land clearing, mowing, and other debris-heavy work. The tinted 1/2-inch option can reduce glare while retaining the thicker panel.
A 1/2-inch panel may require longer fasteners and a seal compatible with the thicker edge. Inspect the current frame, seal channel, hardware length, wiper clearance, and latch operation before choosing.
Installation and Care
Remove and transfer only hardware that is straight and serviceable. Set the panel without forcing it into a distorted frame, then check the seal around the full perimeter. Cycle the door and wiper slowly to confirm clearance before operating the machine.
Rinse dust and grit from coated polycarbonate before wiping. Use polycarbonate-safe cleaner and a soft cloth; avoid dry wiping and unapproved solvents. Production time can vary with material and coating availability, so confirm the current lead time when timing matters.

Good Morning,
For the RT60s, I don't offer a demo door that directly replaces the original glass.
What I do offer is an aftermarket kit that comes with a 1/2" demo door, the hinges, door handle, and everything else you need to mount and install. If you have a factory door or door frame you would have to remove it to install ours. Here is a link to it on my site, and let me know if you have any more questions!

I need a full kit. My machine did not come with a door and I would like to add one. Please let me know if you have something that would work for an ASV RC-85 PosiTrack

You would want to check out the after market door kit we make for the ASV! It comes with a 1/2" polycarbonate safety door, door handle, hinges, seal, and all the other hardware you would need to mount and use it. It IS aftermarket, so you will need to drill/tap new holes for the hinges, and other hardware. Here's a link to it on my site, let me know if you have any more questions!

Is the metal door frame included or it is just the glass

This is just the replacement for the door glass, it doesn't include the frame or any other hardware. Depending on your exact model, we might have an aftermarket kit that would have all the hardware, and replace the frame you have now.
