ASV RT 40/50 Pro-Series Cab Enclosure Kit
Upgrade open ASV RT 40/50 machines into more usable, weather-ready operator stations with an SSC Pro-Series enclosure kit. Choose the Door Only Kit when you need the front polycarbonate door and mounting hardware, or choose Door + Side Windows when you want the front door plus matching side windows for fuller coverage.

What is included
- One formed 1/2 in Lexan polycarbonate front door panel cut for this machine group.
- 1/2 in bulb-seal gasket for the front door perimeter.
- High-impact exterior handle with tumbler lock and coded keys.
- Locking latch, spring-loaded release handle, stainless interior pull handle, striker bolt/plate, and universal male/female hinge hardware.
- Thresholds, mounting hardware, seals, and fasteners required for the selected kit.
- Door + Side Windows only: stationary 1/8 in polycarbonate side windows with neoprene gasket/seal hardware. The side panels can be unbolted for warm-weather operation.
Top and rear windows are not included with the standard Door Only Kit or Door + Side Windows option.
Installation notes
- This is an aftermarket retrofit enclosure, not an OEM replacement door system.
- It is not designed to reuse OEM door sensors, OEM door frames, or existing OEM door hardware unless the selected product option specifically calls for that factory frame/hinge setup.
- Prior door, frame, hinge, threshold, or aftermarket components may need to be removed before installation.
- Plan on aligning the supplied hinges, latch, striker plate, seals, and thresholds during install. Cab condition and previous hardware determine whether drilling, tapping, or additional bolting is needed.
- Most installs can be completed in about 1-2 hours with basic tools once the cab is prepared and the parts are laid out.

Warranty coverage
The Lexan polycarbonate front door is covered by our limited lifetime breakage warranty for the original owner during normal, non-abusive operation. If the covered polycarbonate door panel breaks under those conditions, the warranty provides one replacement panel. Hardware and optional equipment are covered for 3 months. Warranty terms, misuse exclusions, installation damage, wear items, and return conditions apply.

Hi, We have 2 options for you regarding your ASV RC100 **The door will swing open to the left as you are sitting in the cab. We have these in stock and turnaround time from the time you order to your front door is 7 days.** 1. Full cab enclosure system (includes front door and 2 side windows) 2. Front door only system (just includes the front door assembly) Either of the above would come with everything you need to get fully installed, including all hardware, fasteners, weather sealing gaskets, door handles, keys, hinges, etc. **Shipping is also included in the quoted price to the lower 48 states.** Our doors are made of 1/2 inch thick Lexan poly-carbonate plastic. They are nearly indestructible! In fact, we guarantee them for life under normal usage. Additionally, we also make a 12 volt windshield wiper kit and heater kit that are designed to work nicely with our kits, which you can add if you like.

Can the door be lifted on/off after initial installation? Will I be using the existing holes in the frame? ASV model RCV
Hello!
The door will open and then lift right off the hinges, so you can quickly take it on and off, or get out if your stuck for some reason. Most installations don't re-use the existing holes, you'll have to use the hardware we send you as a template and drill new ones, which we also send a tap for.
