BOBCAT POLYCARBONATE SKID STEER DOOR | BOBCAT M SERIES
Our precision-made Bobcat polycarbonate door is the ideal upgrade or replacement to provide increased safety and operational efficiency for such jobs as mowing, brush clearing, forestry, mulching, and much more.
Why Polycarbonate?
With a new SSC® precision formed and coated Polycarbonate windshield you can count on the same quality form, fit, and function of your standard OEM glass, but with substantially improved safety, durability, and performance.
We begin by cutting and forming our doors to duplicate the OEM glass (including hardware mounting holes). Then we precision mill the edges and holes so that the original hardware can be used from your existing glass door. Finally, we post-coat both sides of the door with our ultra-tough SUPERCOAT™ protective coating. This gives the polycarbonate nearly the same level of abrasion resistance as glass, but with drastically improved safety and durability.
Fitment Details
This Bobcat polycarbonate door is designed to be a direct replacement for your standard OEM door glass and features the same mounting and hardware holes. The door uses your existing OEM hardware for the installation and replacement of your existing door. The purchase of this door DOES NOT include mounting hardware. If replacing a 1/4" or less thickness OEM door with 1/2" polycarbonate, longer bolts may be required for optimal installation. Replaces OEM Glass# 7120401

My current windshield is 1/4 inch thick will my hardware fit on the half inch thick?

Is this windshield sufficient for use with Bobcat T770 and Forestry Mulcher? Also, Does it come with frame?
Yes, this windshield is definitely sufficient for forestry applications such as a mulching attachment. It is nearly indestructible as it is made of 1/2" polycarbonate plastic.
This door slug is designed to replace the existing glass slug in your factory door setup. As such, it comes with NO hardware whatsoever (just the polycarbonate slug).
If you don't have an existing factory glass door, then you would need our aftermarket enclosure door kit, which can be found at the link below:

This latter option comes with a door, handle set, latch, strike, hinges, hinge bases, and all other hardware/fasteners required to install the door. -

These are not factory OEM replacement wiper kits, but they may work for your needs, if you are using on polycarbonate.

I have a 2015 bobcat T770 that doesn’t have a forestry door. Does the 1/2” glass work or would I need to buy a new frame as well? It has a factory door just standard glass.

Yes this is the replacement for the factory glass, the 1/2" will fit in your original hardware, we mill down the edges so that everything will work! They are about 30-40 days out right now to get made and shipped. let me know if you have any questions!
