Case 1840 and 1845C Pro-Series Cab Enclosure

Put an open Case loader back to work in cold wind, rain, snow, and flying debris with a cab kit made for the 1840 and 1845C. The Pro-Series front door uses formed 1/2-inch Lexan polycarbonate for a clear, impact-resistant barrier without the cost of piecing together a factory door system.

Order the Door Only Kit for the front door and mounting package, or select Door + Side Windows to close the cab with matching stationary side panels. Each machine has its own product option, so choose 1840 or 1845C from the model selector before checkout.

Fitment comes first

This page covers the Case 1840 and Case 1845C only. It does not cover the earlier 1835. Check the model plate rather than ordering from appearance alone. A machine with a modified ROPS, leftover factory-door parts, or a previous aftermarket enclosure may need extra preparation.

What comes with the selected kit

Installation notes for these Case models

This is a retrofit kit for an open cab, not a replacement that plugs into an existing OEM door frame. Installation includes positioning the supplied hinges, thresholds, striker, and seals. New holes may be required for the hinges and other mounting points. The lock box sits outside the door in the standard arrangement; an optional relocation bracket is not part of this kit.

Set the door square in the opening before tightening the hardware, then adjust the striker so the latch closes without loading the polycarbonate. Read the Pro-Series installation guide before the kit arrives so the cab can be cleaned and any old hardware removed.

For the 1845c does it come with a rear window and top window for the opening in the roof?

Our kit doesn't come with those pieces by default...it only comes with the front door and the side panels. We consider the top and the rear custom pieces, and we would have you measure the size of those, leaving an inch on the edge to bolt them on.
