Polycarbonate Door for Cat 250-285 Loaders
This formed polycarbonate panel replaces Cat cab door glass 595-0506 on the listed 250-285 machine family. It is available in clear 1/4-, 3/8-, and 1/2-inch configurations, plus a 1/2-inch tinted option.
Listed fitment
- Skid steer loaders: 250, 260, 270, and 270 XE
- Compact track loaders: 255, 265, 275, 275 XE, 285, and 285 XE
- Reference glass: Cat 595-0506
Match all three details before ordering: machine model, cab configuration, and OEM glass number. If the number is not available, have a Cat dealer confirm it from the machine serial number.
Panel construction and installation
- Formed to match the specified factory glass profile
- Mounting holes are cut for the existing OEM hardware
- Both sides receive an abrasion-resistant coating
- Four material options let you choose clear or tinted polycarbonate
The replacement panel does not include hinges, a latch, handle, seal, wiper parts, or mounting hardware. Plan to transfer serviceable parts from the existing door. A 1/2-inch panel may need longer fasteners when it replaces thinner glass.
Before you order
- Confirm that the existing glass is Cat 595-0506.
- Select the correct clear or tinted thickness.
- Check the condition of the seal and mounting hardware.
- Ask SSC for the current production estimate if timing is critical.
Is this a complete framed door?
No. The product is the formed replacement panel. It is intended for a machine with the matching factory door and reusable hardware.
Can I order by model alone?
No. A model name is a starting point, but the cab configuration and OEM glass number must also match.
Is the tinted option available in every thickness?
No. The current tinted configuration is 1/2 inch. The 1/4-, 3/8-, and 1/2-inch options are also offered in clear polycarbonate.
